TITAN CLARITY CORP US · v1.1 ·

Terms of Use

1. Who is responsible

OnePlatt is operated by TITAN CLARITY CORP US, a Florida profit corporation. Titan Clarity determines the purposes and means of the platform processing described here and acts as controller where that term applies. Contact privacy@oneplatt.com or write to 6526 Old Brick Rd, Suite 120 #320, Windermere, FL 34786, United States. This is our business correspondence address.

This Policy covers OnePlatt accounts, résumé tools, professional profiles, community features, and recruiting activities described below. A separate employee, contractor, client, or employer notice may apply to later onboarding, payroll, or other services. This Policy explains processing; it is not a blanket request for consent or a waiver of your rights.

The participating Brazilian recruiting company is PASQUALI SOLUTION - SOLUCOES EM INFORMATICA S/A, CNPJ 03.933.877/0001-23, Rua Tenerife, 31, 4º andar, Vila Olímpia, São Paulo, Brazil. Where it independently determines recruiting uses, it is responsible for those uses as a separate controller. Where it acts on Titan Clarity's instructions, its processing must be governed by an appropriate service arrangement. Any jointly determined activity requires the applicable allocation of responsibilities. You may contact our privacy address to identify the responsible entity and obtain assistance routing a request.

2. Information we process

Account and contact information includes your name, email address, authentication and account records, language, settings, and contact details you provide. Professional information can include uploaded résumés, employment and education history, skills, certifications, languages, professional links, location, preferences, and related information supplied through your profile or recruiting interactions.

Content includes photographs, public résumés, posts, comments, messages, attachments, support requests, and feedback. Generated information includes parsed résumé fields, translations, summaries, suggested skills or roles, and other inferences produced from your submissions. These inferences may be inaccurate and may be corrected or challenged.

Technical and operational information can include IP addresses, browser and device information, request and error logs, session identifiers, security events, and records of account actions and choices. We process the categories actually generated by the features you use, rather than assuming every account provides every category.

Please do not upload government identity numbers, banking details, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a résumé or public post. Ordinary photographs are not automatically treated as biometric identifiers; using them for identity recognition would require a separate assessment and notice. If sensitive information is necessary for a specific lawful purpose, we will identify that purpose and the applicable additional safeguards and legal condition. A general résumé upload is not blanket consent for unrelated sensitive-data processing.

3. Where information comes from

We receive information from you, your interactions with OnePlatt, and authorized service providers supporting the platform. Recruiting information may also come from referrals, employers, participating recruiting companies, or lawful professional sources where the relevant activity permits it. We will provide source information and any required indirect-collection notice when applicable.

Importing information into OnePlatt does not erase restrictions attached to its original collection. This Policy does not retroactively establish permission to reuse a pre-existing candidate database. We must identify an appropriate basis and provide required information before using those records for new purposes.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We use account and résumé information to create and secure accounts, provide requested résumé and profile services, deliver communications necessary for those services, and respond to support requests. Where applicable, the legal basis is performance of our agreement or steps you request before entering an agreement, limited to processing objectively necessary for those services.

Optional recruiting-pool participation permits us to maintain a talent profile, match your professional information with current and future roles, contact you about opportunities, and arrange relevant employer introductions. We use consent for optional pool participation where required and as presented in the enrollment choice. A specific application or introduction you request may instead require processing to take requested precontractual steps or another identified lawful basis.

We use consent where required for optional publication, promotional communications, nonessential tracking, or other optional purposes. We may rely on appropriately assessed legitimate interests for proportionate security, abuse prevention, service diagnostics, and legal-claim handling where applicable law permits and your rights do not override those interests. We also process information to satisfy applicable legal obligations. We do not treat the existence of a contract as a basis for unrelated processing.

Where a jurisdiction does not use these legal-basis categories, we still follow its applicable notice, consent, choice, and purpose restrictions. Specific processing of sensitive data requires an additional lawful condition where required.

OnePlatt marketing emails

We may use your name, email address, language, and stated communication preferences to send email about OnePlatt's own products and services: newsletters, feature and product announcements, service tips, events, offers, promotions, and invitations to try OnePlatt services. Where applicable law permits it, registration may enroll you for these communications with an opportunity to opt out. We do not characterize this enrollment as affirmative consent. Where prior consent is required, marketing will begin only after separate valid consent or verification that a specific lawful exception and all its conditions apply. Any reliance on legitimate interests requires the applicable assessment and does not override separate electronic-marketing consent requirements.

You may unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, through a marketing email or by writing to privacy@oneplatt.com, without closing your account. Marketing messages will identify the sender, provide a valid postal address, and include an accessible unsubscribe mechanism. We will honor requests within applicable deadlines, including no later than 10 business days for messages covered by United States CAN-SPAM requirements, or sooner where required. We may retain limited suppression records to prevent further marketing and records needed to demonstrate the applicable permission or lawful basis. An unsubscribe request does not cancel necessary account or security messages or service communications you separately request.

This marketing purpose is limited to OnePlatt. It does not authorize unrelated promotions for Titan Clarity, Pasquali Solution, other commonly owned businesses, or independent advertisers. We may use contracted email delivery providers under appropriate restrictions, but this clause does not authorize giving your email to other businesses for their own marketing. For users under 18, applicable youth protections and consent requirements also apply. New wording does not override earlier opt-outs or supply missing consent for existing users.

5. Recruiting choices and employer access

You may use available résumé tools without joining the recruiting pool. A public résumé, community participation, and recruiting availability are separate choices. Marketing email preferences are handled under the OnePlatt marketing provisions in this Policy. A public post alone does not enroll you in our private recruiting database for every purpose.

For participating candidates, Titan Clarity and the identified Pasquali Solution entity may process relevant information for recruiting, staffing, candidate evaluation, role matching, and employer introductions. Access is limited to the relevant purposes and personnel. Before disclosure for a particular introduction, we provide the applicable information and obtain any permission required for that activity. Common ownership does not authorize unrestricted access by every business owned by our founder.

You may withdraw from the recruiting pool using available settings or privacy@oneplatt.com. We will stop future optional pool searches, outreach, and disclosures within applicable deadlines. Withdrawal does not automatically cancel a specific application you separately asked us to handle; tell us if you also wish to withdraw it. We may keep limited records required by law or to document and honor your preference. Previously disclosed information may be held by an employer under its own lawful obligations; we will assist with requests and notify recipients where required.

Direct employer profile search is planned. It will require appropriate notice, access restrictions, employer obligations, and candidate visibility choices before activation. No provision here makes private profiles publicly searchable by default.

6. AI services and generated information

OnePlatt uses AI-assisted processing for functions such as résumé extraction, summaries, translations, skill analysis, and role suggestions. Relevant text or files may be transmitted to contracted AI providers to perform the requested task. Our AI integrations include OpenAI. Contact privacy@oneplatt.com for information about the providers involved in processing your information and their applicable retention arrangements.

AI results are inferences, not verified facts. You can review, correct, or question them. Profile generation and role suggestions do not themselves constitute an employment decision. If we introduce solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, we will first provide the required explanation, legal basis, safeguards, and review or challenge mechanisms.

Uploading a private résumé does not itself authorize general-purpose AI model training. Any proposed use of identifiable private information for a materially different model-development purpose requires its own legal assessment, notice, and consent where required. Provider processing is subject to the applicable contractual and legal restrictions. Information may be retained by providers as permitted by those arrangements and applicable law; this Policy does not promise zero retention.

7. Who receives information

Recipients may include authorized Titan Clarity personnel; the identified Brazilian recruiting participant for the purposes above; infrastructure, AI, communication, security, and support providers; and employers receiving relevant information through a lawful recruiting interaction. Our production environment uses Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States. We limit provider disclosures to the information needed for the relevant role and require appropriate restrictions and security obligations.

Content deliberately made public is available to its selected audience and potentially search engines. Private messages are delivered to intended recipients and may be accessed as necessary for support, safety, security investigations, or legal obligations. We do not describe them as end-to-end encrypted.

Information may be disclosed to professional advisers, authorities, courts, or other parties where legally required or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend rights, prevent abuse, or address a serious safety issue, subject to applicable law. A bona fide business transaction may involve limited due-diligence disclosure and transfer to a successor under confidentiality protections and continued privacy obligations. A new owner does not receive permission for incompatible uses merely through acquisition.

8. Public information and external recipients

Publishing a résumé or community item can expose information to copying, search indexing, forwarding, or retention outside OnePlatt. You can request removal of material under our control, but third-party copies may require separate requests. This does not limit our duties to notify recipients, assist with rights, or take reasonable steps where legally required.

Independent employers and external websites determine their own processing and should provide their own notices. Contact us if you need help identifying a recruiting recipient. We remain responsible for our own disclosure decisions and legal obligations.

9. Cookies and browser storage

OnePlatt uses browser technologies for functions such as account sessions, security, language, and interface preferences. Browser settings may allow you to clear or restrict storage, which can affect functionality. Contact privacy@oneplatt.com for information about the browser technologies used by a particular feature.

Optional analytics, advertising, and similar nonessential technologies require the notices and choices applicable to their use. If those technologies are introduced, we will provide relevant details and obtain consent or offer opt-out controls as required. We will honor legally applicable recognized opt-out signals for covered processing.

10. International processing

The platform is hosted in the United States. Authorized recruiting participation can involve access from Brazil, and service providers may process information in other disclosed locations. International access can qualify as a transfer even if the server remains in one country.

Where transfer restrictions apply, the relevant transfer must have a valid mechanism and required safeguards, such as an applicable adequacy determination, approved contractual clauses, or another legally available mechanism. Merely accepting these Terms or using a United States platform does not waive transfer protections. You may request information about applicable transfer mechanisms, affected recipients, and available copies of safeguards at privacy@oneplatt.com, subject to lawful redactions.

11. Retention and deletion

We retain information for the period reasonably necessary for its disclosed purpose, considering account activity, requested services, recruiting preferences, applicable legal duties, limitation periods, and security needs. We do not treat a résumé submission as permission for permanent identifiable retention regardless of purpose.

Account and résumé records are reviewed against continued service needs; recruiting profiles are reviewed for continued participation and relevance. Support and security records have purpose-specific retention. Acceptance, withdrawal, and request records may be retained to demonstrate compliance and honor choices. Where legal claims or mandatory recordkeeping require retention, access and use are restricted to that purpose.

After an appropriate deletion request or expiry of the applicable period, information is deleted or effectively anonymized unless an exception applies. Restricted backups may persist until their scheduled expiry and must not be used to restore deleted data to ordinary use. You may request information about the retention period or criteria applicable to a particular record, including inactive-account and backup records, at privacy@oneplatt.com. We will explain a relevant exception when responding to a request where required.

12. Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy or portability of information, restriction, information about recipients, withdrawal of consent, or objection to certain processing. Where relevant, you may opt out of covered sales, targeted advertising, or specified profiling and request review of automated decisions. You may complain to the competent privacy authority. These rights can be subject to lawful exceptions and proportionate verification.

Write to privacy@oneplatt.com and identify your account and request. We will seek only verification appropriate to the risk; do not send an identity document unless we explain why it is needed and provide an appropriate method. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, with evidence of authority as required. We respond within the applicable statutory period and explain permitted extensions or refusals. Where an appeal right applies, reply with "Privacy appeal" to request reconsideration and information on further complaint options.

Withdrawal of consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. We do not penalize you for exercising rights; a feature may become unavailable only where the information is objectively necessary for that feature. Essential security and account notices are distinct from optional promotional communications.

13. Regional rights

For individuals protected by Brazil's LGPD, applicable rights include confirmation of processing, access, correction, relevant deletion or anonymization, portability subject to regulation, information about sharing, and consent-related rights. Complaints may be submitted to the ANPD. Our privacy contact will route requests to the appropriate participating entity and provide information about the person responsible for handling them.

For individuals protected by the EEA or UK GDPR, rights may include objection to legitimate-interest processing, unconditional objection to direct marketing, restriction, portability, and safeguards for qualifying automated decisions. You may complain to your competent supervisory authority. You may contact privacy@oneplatt.com for assistance identifying the responsible privacy contact for your location.

Where California or another United States state privacy law applies to the business and processing, the corresponding access, correction, deletion, opt-out, nondiscrimination, agent, and appeal rights apply. Legal definitions of sale and sharing can cover arrangements beyond a cash sale. We will provide any required additional regional notice and opt-out methods before enabling a covered sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity. You may contact privacy@oneplatt.com to request information about disclosures affecting you or to exercise applicable rights.

14. Security and age eligibility

We use measures appropriate to the nature and risks of the information and respond to incidents as required by applicable law. No system can guarantee absolute security, but this does not excuse our security obligations. Keep account credentials private and report suspected compromise to support@oneplatt.com. We will provide incident notices where legally required.

OnePlatt has a minimum account age of 16, subject to any higher local requirement. Users below the age of legal majority require the guardian involvement and age-appropriate onboarding described in the Terms of Use. Processing involving adolescents must respect their best interests and applicable protections; permission to create an account is not blanket consent to publish or disclose their information. Access for young users is subject to legally required age checks, guardian linkage, protective defaults, and restrictions on profiling or advertising. Features may be restricted until the applicable safeguards are available and requirements are satisfied. Age-assurance information must be limited to what is necessary, protected, and retained only for the justified purpose and period. If you believe a person under the applicable minimum age has provided information, or wish to raise a concern about a young user, contact privacy@oneplatt.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Guardian requests require appropriate verification and must respect the adolescent's applicable rights.

15. Policy updates and contact

We will identify the effective date and version of this Policy. Material changes require appropriate notice and additional consent where the law requires it; a silent update does not retroactively authorize incompatible uses. Translations are intended to communicate equivalent information and rights.
