Terms of Use

TITAN CLARITY CORP US · v1.1 ·

Privacy Policy

1. Operator and agreement

OnePlatt is operated by TITAN CLARITY CORP US, a Florida profit corporation ("Titan Clarity," "we," "us," or "our"). Our business correspondence address is 6526 Old Brick Rd, Suite 120 #320, Windermere, FL 34786, United States.

These Terms of Use govern your access to OnePlatt and its account, résumé, profile, community, and available recruiting features. You accept these Terms when you affirmatively agree during registration or another acceptance process. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use features requiring acceptance. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling; accepting these Terms does not by itself provide consent for every data use.

A separately signed staffing, placement, payroll, subscription, or employer agreement governs the services it specifically covers and prevails over conflicting provisions here for those services. These Terms do not establish an employment, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between you and Titan Clarity.

2. Eligibility and account security

The minimum age for a OnePlatt account is 16, or a higher minimum where applicable law requires it. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your participation and provide the representation, assistance, or supervision required by applicable law. Any required age-assurance, guardian-verification, or linked-account process must be completed before access is enabled. A checkbox or statement that permission exists does not replace a legally required verification process. The account minimum does not establish eligibility for a particular job: apprenticeship, internship, ordinary employment, permitted hours, and occupational restrictions remain governed by the applicable law. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate registration information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and notify support@oneplatt.com promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law; this provision does not shift our responsibility for our own security failures to you.

Do not impersonate another person, share credentials to bypass access limits, or transfer an account without our approval. We may request proportionate verification to protect accounts, investigate abuse, or meet legal obligations.

3. Services and availability

OnePlatt provides tools that may include résumé parsing, editing, translation, document generation, profile publication, professional community features, and recruiting-related services. Availability can vary by feature, language, location, and account. A roadmap or demonstration is not a promise to deliver a feature by a particular date.

We may maintain, modify, limit, or discontinue features for legitimate operational, legal, or security reasons. We will provide notice when required by law or a separate agreement. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Keep independent copies of important documents. This recommendation does not reduce our statutory obligations concerning access, portability, or security.

If we introduce paid services, we will disclose pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions before purchase. These Terms alone do not authorize a charge or recurring subscription.

4. Recruiting is optional

You can use the available résumé tools without joining the recruiting pool. Recruiting participation and public-profile publication are separate choices. Email communications about OnePlatt are governed by the marketing provisions below; recruiting participation does not itself provide marketing consent where separate consent is required.

When you choose recruiting participation, we may use the relevant professional and contact information to evaluate and match you with present or future opportunities, maintain a talent profile, contact you about roles, and introduce you to potential employers in accordance with the Privacy Policy, your choices, and applicable law. Participating recruiting companies include Titan Clarity and PASQUALI SOLUTION - SOLUCOES EM INFORMATICA S/A in Brazil. Their involvement does not authorize unrelated use of your information.

You can withdraw from the recruiting pool through an available account control or by contacting privacy@oneplatt.com. Withdrawal stops subsequent optional pool-based uses, subject to reasonable processing time and applicable deadlines. Records already lawfully disclosed, ongoing applications you separately requested, and records required for legal purposes may need separate handling, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Withdrawal does not waive your rights against us or other recipients.

OnePlatt email communications

By registering, you acknowledge that TITAN CLARITY CORP US may send you email about OnePlatt products and services, including feature announcements, newsletters, tips, events, offers, promotions, and invitations to try OnePlatt services, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences. Where applicable law permits registration-based marketing without prior consent, we may enroll your registration email for these OnePlatt communications unless you opt out. Where prior consent is required, we will obtain it separately before sending marketing, unless a specific lawful exception applies and all of its conditions are met. Accepting these Terms alone does not supply that separate consent.

This provision covers OnePlatt's own products and services, including those operated under the OnePlatt brand by Titan Clarity. It does not authorize unrelated advertising for other companies or disclosure of your email for their independent marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a marketing email or by contacting privacy@oneplatt.com. Declining or withdrawing marketing permission does not prevent use of your account. Necessary account, security, and requested-service messages may continue; promotional content will not be treated as necessary merely because it mentions OnePlatt.

5. No placement or professional advice guarantee

We do not guarantee interviews, employment, compensation, work authorization, employer responses, the accuracy of a vacancy, or a successful placement. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, employers make their own hiring decisions and are responsible for their hiring practices. You should independently assess opportunities and third parties before providing sensitive information or accepting an offer.

Career suggestions and generated documents are informational tools, not legal, immigration, tax, or regulated professional advice. No employment or payroll relationship arises merely from creating a profile, communicating through OnePlatt, or receiving a match.

6. Your content and our limited license

You retain the rights you have in your résumés, photographs, posts, comments, messages, and other submitted content. You represent that you may submit that content and permit the uses described here, including where it includes information about another person. Do not submit confidential employer or client material without authorization.

You grant Titan Clarity a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, analyze, translate, adapt, and transmit your content as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request, operate and secure OnePlatt, and carry out recruiting or publication choices you make. We may permit contracted service providers and identified recruiting participants to perform those functions within the same limits. This license does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising, unrestricted resale, or general-purpose AI model training on identifiable private content.

For content you intentionally publish, the license includes displaying and distributing it to the audience you select. For private content, access remains limited by its purpose and applicable controls. When content is deleted or you close your account, the license ends except for limited processing needed to complete your request, handle restricted backup cycles, comply with law, or establish or defend legal claims. Existing lawful third-party copies and disclosures are addressed in the Privacy Policy. Personal-data rights take priority over any conflicting license interpretation.

7. AI assistance and review

AI-assisted features can misread documents, omit information, introduce errors, or produce inaccurate translations and recommendations. Review and correct generated content before publishing it, sharing it with an employer, or relying on it. Do not present invented qualifications or AI-generated claims as verified facts.

We may use external AI service providers to deliver these features as described in the Privacy Policy. This agreement does not give those providers an unrestricted right to use your private content for their own purposes. Outputs may not be unique; we do not promise that every output qualifies for intellectual-property protection or is free of third-party rights. Nothing here excludes responsibility that applicable law places on us.

8. Public profiles and community content

Publish only information you intend the selected audience to see. Public pages and content may be viewed, copied, forwarded, or indexed by third parties and search engines. Removing material from OnePlatt cannot guarantee removal of independently retained copies; we remain responsible for actions required of us by law.

Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing material, disclose another person's private information without authority, or distribute malware or unsolicited bulk communications. We may investigate reports and restrict or remove content for a violation, legal requirement, or credible safety or security risk. Where applicable, we will provide reasons and a way to challenge a moderation decision. Report concerns to support@oneplatt.com.

Messages are intended for their recipients but may be processed by authorized personnel or providers where needed for delivery, support, security, abuse investigations, or legal obligations, subject to the Privacy Policy. Do not assume messages are end-to-end encrypted unless a feature expressly says so.

9. Acceptable use and platform rights

Do not scrape or bulk-export profiles without authorization, bypass technical protections, probe systems without permission, misuse credentials, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or use the service to build an unauthorized competing database. Do not use candidate information for discriminatory screening, identity theft, unrelated marketing, resale, or model training without a separate lawful authorization. Restrictions apply subject to mandatory statutory exceptions.

Our software, designs, branding, and other platform materials remain owned by Titan Clarity or its licensors. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for its intended purposes while complying with these Terms. No ownership rights in OnePlatt are transferred to you.

10. Employers and external services

Direct employer search is a planned feature, not a statement that it is currently available. Before enabling identifiable-profile search, we will provide relevant notices and controls and require appropriate employer access terms. Future functionality does not override a candidate's recruiting or visibility choices.

Links, integrations, employers, and other users may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for independent third-party acts solely because they use or appear through OnePlatt, but this does not exclude our responsibility for our own acts, provider arrangements, or statutory duties.

11. Suspension and account closure

We may restrict or suspend access for a material breach, credible abuse or security concerns, unlawful activity, or a legal requirement. We may act immediately where delay would increase risk; otherwise we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue when appropriate or required. You may contact support@oneplatt.com to challenge an account restriction.

You may stop using OnePlatt and request account closure. Closure, recruiting withdrawal, and deletion of personal data are distinct requests; we will explain applicable handling and legal retention exceptions. Restrictions do not extinguish your privacy rights or any refund or remedy required by law. Clauses intended by their nature to survive closure, including accrued obligations and lawful dispute provisions, survive only to the extent applicable.

12. Warranties and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement only where those exclusions are legally permitted. We do not warrant that the service, AI outputs, or third-party content will be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Titan Clarity and its participating affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits or business opportunities, arising from use of the service. Subject to the exceptions below, their aggregate liability for claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid Titan Clarity for the affected OnePlatt service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and cap do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, statutory compensation, consumer remedy, or data-protection obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. A separate signed agreement may establish different limits for its services. These provisions do not prevent complaints to regulators or restrict mandatory rights.

13. Responsibility for third-party claims

If you use OnePlatt on behalf of a business, to the extent permitted by law you will indemnify Titan Clarity for reasonable third-party claims and costs caused by your unlawful use, knowing infringement through submitted content, or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not cover losses caused by Titan Clarity's own breach, negligence, or misconduct. We will promptly notify you, allow reasonable participation in the defense, and obtain your consent before a settlement imposes an admission or nonmonetary obligation on you. This business-user indemnity does not apply to an individual using OnePlatt for personal career purposes.

14. Governing law and disputes

Florida law governs these Terms, without applying conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Subject to your nonwaivable right to sue in another forum, disputes may be brought in the state courts in Orange County, Florida, or the appropriate federal court serving that county. Consumers retain the protections and access to courts required by the law applicable to them.

You may contact legal@oneplatt.com to seek an informal resolution, but doing so is not a prerequisite to exercising a statutory right, meeting a filing deadline, seeking urgent relief, or contacting a regulator. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

15. Changes and business transfers

We may update these Terms for changes in the service, law, or business. We will identify the updated version and effective date and provide material-change notice and renewed acceptance where required. Updates will not retroactively expand permissions for personal data or remove accrued mandatory rights. Optional consent remains separately managed.

We may assign this agreement as part of a bona fide merger, reorganization, or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law, notice requirements, and preservation of user rights. A transfer does not authorize incompatible data uses. Common ownership of another company does not automatically authorize it to access your private information.

16. General provisions and contact

These Terms and applicable feature-specific or separately signed agreements form the agreement concerning their respective subject matter. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Translations are intended to convey equivalent rights and obligations; a language-priority provision will not override mandatory local protections or misleading-translation remedies.
